Transferring/Visiting Sorority Members:
Pi Tau Omega, chartered May 16, 1987, has grown to a membership of more than 300 women committed to strengthening our sisterhood and maintaining a legacy of service excellence. Located in Southfield, MI, we are a harmonious blend of charter, pearl, golden, silver, life, reactivated and transferred members from graduate and undergraduate chapters. We invite interested members of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority to join our chapter. Our meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month beginning at 6:30 p.m. during the months of September to June. Business attire is required.
If you are interested in transferring or reactivating, please contact our Membership Committee Chairman for more information. Please contact the Chairman at least two weeks prior to the meeting if you plan to visit. You must present a valid government issued photo ID and your current financial card (or a copy of any Ivy Leaf magazine with the label intact showing your financial number and name). You may download your financial card at www.aka1908.com. Without proper proof of membership, you may not be permitted to attend the meeting.
Graduate Chapter Reactivation Forms or Transfer Verification Forms may be obtained from the international website membership page.
